I would highly recommend working for the Management department. People are highly motivated with a huge sense of teamwork. I saw some issues on the creative team which have been addressed slightly. Other departments have since had new management. Company is financially stable.

Advice for prospective applicants:

Apply. I recommend the account team. Great teamwork. Lots of idea exhanges.
