Leadership is non-existence. Business has no clear vision therefore can't generate revenue. Currently under huge debt. Management will not take recommendations or do any A/B testing. Treats employees as second class.

Advice for prospective applicants:

Look into other mobile agencies if you really want to work in the industry. Much of their platforms uses very ancient code and are not up to date with best practices.
