Google has been the world's most successful company this decade. It has revolutionized the way people access information, and is known for having the smartest people in the world. The culture is enthusiastic and autonomous, the perks are phenomenal, and the campus is like Disneyland.

Advice for prospective applicants:

Google seems to be experiencing growing pains, going from a small company to a mid-sized one. Leveling is inconsistent and it is hard not to get lost in the wave of "geniuses". The reality is that everyone can't be on top, and Google can be demoralizing for those who feel like they can't rise up fast enough.
